1. Product returns due to delivery error
1.1. In all cases where, due to proven fault of the Company, products are delivered which are other than those sold or substantially different by type or excess in quantity, the customer-user of the online store thenutlers.com should immediately return the products to the Company, intact and sealed, complete with their packaging and the documents accompanying them, for examination and verification of the error.
1.2. In the aforementioned case, the cost of returning the products to the Company as well as the return costs of the order to the buyer are borne by the Company, provided that the Company’s recommended method of return is observed.
1.3. Returns of bulk food or edible goods, in cases where no mistake has been made by the Company or in cases of non-problematic products, are not accepted for health and safety reasons in light of the nature of the products.
1.4. In case products are received in glass packages that have been damaged, cracked or completely destroyed, customers should contact the courier company within 24 hours of receipt. For compensation for any damage, the products should not be removed from the parcel and should be delivered exactly as received to the courier company within 24 hours.
2. Returns of defective products
2.1. If it is found that the delivered product has a defect due to the fault of the Company, the purchaser – user of the online store thenutlers.com, is entitled to not accept it, and to return immediately the defective product (intact and sealed) to the Company along with all the accompanying documents and its complete packaging. If a defect was found after delivery and the packaging is no longer available, or if the packaging of the product was omitted by the delivery person at the time of delivery of the item, the packaging of the product is not required.
2.2. The return of the products will take place either at the physical store of the Company or through a courier company and the Company will bear both the costs of shipping the defective products to the Company and the shipping costs of the replacement products to the customer.
2.3. After the return of the products, the Company assesses whether the defect exists, and will contact the customer for information on the results of this assessment.
2.4. If the defect is found, the product will be replaced or, if it is not possible to replace the product within a reasonable time, the order will be cancelled. In case of cancellation of the order, the refund of the original purchase is interest-free and is made with the same payment method used in the original sale, unless otherwise agreed.
3. Return of non-defective products — Right of unjustified withdrawal by the buyer
3.1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days of delivery (acquisition of physical possession) of the products. The withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
( a) This withdrawal is unjustified and free of charge and, if the item has already been delivered, the customer must return the product exactly in the condition he received it, with all the forms accompanying it and its packaging in excellent condition. The return of the item is accepted only if the customer has paid the shipping costs for the return of the item.
( b) The withdrawal statement is sent in writing and/or electronically, by registered mail or to the Company’s address or e-mail email@example.com . An example of its content is the following:
“To the company under the name “THE NUTLERS IKE” and the distinctive title “thenutlers.com”, which is based in Attica (25 Vassiliou Deligianni Str., P.C. 14452, Metamorfosi), e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
I/We hereby acknowledge that we withdraw from my/our contract for the sale of the following goods:…
— Ordered on (*) and received on (*)
— Name of buyer (s)
— Buyer (s) address
— Signature of buyer (s)
(c) Following the withdrawal statement, the Company is obliged to pay the price received within a maximum of 14 days from the appropriate return of the products. The refund to the buyer will be interest-free and made with the same method used for initial payment collection, unless otherwise agreed.
( d) In case the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the Company has the right to claim compensation from the buyer – its amount will be determined by the condition of the products – and to unilaterally proceed to total or partial set-off of its claim against the buyer.
( e) In any case, the aforementioned right of withdrawal does not apply to products which have been unsealed after delivery and to bulk foodstuffs.
4. Order Cancellation
4.1. Before completing your order and during the online ordering process, you can go “back” and remove the quantities of products from your basket by pressing the “remove” button.
4.2. If the online order has been completed but the product has not yet been shipped, the customer can contact the Company at the email address email@example.com or phone 2111183739 and the latter will cancel his/her order at no cost. Depending on the volume of the order and the time of its cancellation, if the Company sustains loss because of it, compensation may be sought from the buyer.
4.3. In case a mistake is made by the customer in the order and he/she wishes to change it, the shipping costs of return and reshipment will be borne by the customer and not the Company.
